I realise now that I’ve neglected this blog for quite some time. Now that I’m about to wrap up my time in the #06, I feel the need to revisit this messy corner of the Internet.
Every year my family and I watch White Christmas together on Christmas Eve. This year, after watching the film, I’m not sad because I’m not with family.
I realize now that it has been over a month since I last posted on this little blog. Regardless, it’s been a wild time.
It’s the day after Halloween. It’s also the day after the first real “American” holiday that I’m missing out on by having moved to France. For someone who doesn’t like Halloween at all, I’ve felt weird all day.
Today, I stumbled up on this opinion-type-editiorial-type-open-letter-thing on the Huffington Post. It really hit home and “spoke to me,” for lack of better wording.
Yup, a format.
I’ve decided that posts on Curating a Life will become more regular!
In an attempt to flesh out this little personal blog into a lifestyle blog, I’ll be posting twice a week. Tuesdays will be reserved for a larger article, while Thursdays will be for smaller articles. It’s a pretty simple, twice-a-week format. Nothing (overly) fancy.
As one would imagine, topics for these posts will be on cooking, gardening, clothing, my life, and travel, among other things. Not exactly a huge surprise, since this is transitioning towards a lifestyle blog. Regardless, I’m excited! This will be a new sort of endeavor for myself and will be even more interesting as I will be living alone in Cannes for the upcoming months.
I hope you decide to follow and stay tuned!
The summer has blown by and I’m already getting ready to move out of my apartment (and back into my parent’s, yikes). I figured that this would be a good time to sort of update this WordPress.
